I totally fell off the bandwagon with the newsletter. I had high hopes after the new year that I would keep up with a weekly digest of all the cool things that were happening with MyBestSelf but I failed after only 3 weeks.

Like all changes in behavior, it takes time and energy to make it happen. Here I am, 3 months later but I'm committed to making it work.

Do you have a goal you wanted to achieve at the beginning of the year? Where are you with that? I'm always available to help you even if it's just to talk about what didn't work (you can learn so much about yourself).
